Skills & Learning Program Manager
Responsibilities:As a full-time member of the Greater China Professions & Competency Management team, the Skills & Learning Program Manager leads the overall skills & learning management virtual team in Greater China, over the following lifecycle phases and infrastructure support:
- Manage the process to assist the skills leaders in identifying critical skill gaps and establish learning plan to bridge the identified skill gaps based on current business goals and future direction
- Establish a reference learning budget as health indicator for execution
- Review and help skills leaders to revise the learning plan semi-annually and on as-needed basis
- Coordinate and execute special learning programs as needed
- Play a "hub" role to improve transparency and leverage across countries, skills leaders & professions
- Ensure timely and accurate capture of learning records
- Manage the quarterly skills inventory update cycles
- Populate and promote the use of skills inventory information in resource planning and deployment aspects
- Conduct monthly/quarterly learning highlights with business executives to review alignment of learning investment with skills/learning focus
- Identify and initiate improvement opportunities in the skills & learning management practice
- Institutionalize improvement measures
- Own the use and deployment of WorldWide Personal Development Tool
- Play a supportive role for the Tools

Requirements:
- University Graduates
- Professional with a passion to contribute in professions & competency management
- Familiar with the services business in general
- Knowledge/experience in one of our TS/MA/SO business a plus
- Work independently with strong planning and project management capabilities
- Analytical to pull up learning points from statistical data
- Effective communication (verbal and written)
- High Collaborative influence trait in pulling the individual country skills leaders together to work as 1 virtual team
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance the learning environment/opportunity for the organization
