Germany trips - Frankfurt - Zarges

"Guests experience the ultimate culinary expression of "sophistication" in all three restaurants, yet each has its own unique identity and delectable cuisine. Every aspect of the dining experience is closely supervised by Master chef Alfred Friedrich. He has created an inventive and modern culinary concept using the produce of France and the Mediterranean.

ZARGES BISTRO is the meeting place of the Frankfurt elite where guests enjoy an exquisite classical French Cuisine throughout the day within elegant surroundings."
The white cube has 'Leysieffer Champagner' written on it. The outer layer is white chocolate from Leysieffer, established in 1909. The interior contains spongey cake and layer of champagne-mixed cream.
The one next to it is a strawberry tart... the strawberries are not too sweet or sour... and they taste so fresh... :)
