Germany trips - Hamburg - Die Bank

Somehow I ate a lot in Hamburg. Die Bank is described by Lonely Planet as 'Hamburg's most schmicki-micki (chichi) downtown eatery. I didn't know what schmicki-micki or chichi means, but it mentions a dish called 'Bourse Toast' -- with salmon tartare, poached egg, potato puree and caviar... This sounds yummy enough, so I went there.

However, with my lack of gourmet luck in Hamburg that day (the same day the planned restaurant didn't open, McD sucked, and suhsi factory disappointing), the restaurant was not offering that dish on that day!!!!! So i ordered rabbit instead, tasted really good, so at least my tongue and stomach was comforted...
